Fire Beacon Solutions™ is a veteran-owned, American-made public safety startup on a mission to modernize one of the most overlooked pieces of emergency infrastructure: the fire hydrant.

Our story began in the field—not in a boardroom. Founder John E. Adams, a decorated U.S. Marines veteran, FireFighter and now Fire Inspector, spent years on the front lines of public safety. He saw, time and time again, how hidden, damaged, or blocked hydrants delayed response during emergencies—costing precious minutes when lives and property were on the line.

That frustration became fuel. John envisioned a smarter, safer future where every hydrant is always visible, accessible, and connected. And with that, Fire Beacon Solutions™ was born.

Today, we’re building a solar-powered, IoT-enabled beacon system that makes fire hydrants impossible to miss—even in darkness, disaster, or debris. Our product doesn’t just light up hydrants. It integrates with city systems, provides real-time visibility data, and becomes part of a larger smart city ecosystem designed to save time, lives, and public resources.
